Who We're Looking For

We're interested in hearing from coaches with appropriate experience and qualifications. Not every criterion below is mandatory unless specified.

Qualified coach in your primary sport
Appropriate governing-body accreditation where applicable
Strong communication skills
Reliable and professional
Comfortable working as part of a team
Experience coaching adults and/or juniors
Experience travelling with groups is desirable
Competition/performance experience may be relevant for certain trips
Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications particularly relevant for junior trips
